Equine-Assisted Therapy at Thampoe Foundation offers a powerful, experiential approach to healing that supports emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Through guided, structured interactions with horses, participants develop confidence, emotional awareness, trust, and resilience in a calm, natural environment.
This therapy is especially effective for individuals who may not respond fully to traditional clinical settings. Horses are highly sensitive to human emotions and behaviors, providing immediate, honest feedback that helps participants build self-regulation, communication, and coping skills.
